International Organization Constellations Training Intensive
Schedule
Objective
Our primary goal is to share the work of organizational constellations and the way their applications can be used to enhance the use of other intervention tools, the transformation of the organization and the talent of the staff working there.
 
During this IOCTI, we will have the opportunity to explore the work of Organizational Constellations and their impact on the organization, as well as their interaction with:
·          Coaching
·          The Process of Change in the Organization
·          NLP
·          Talent Development strategies, among others.
 
 
Structure
Intensive training takes place at four levels.
 
One week-long trainings in two levels:
 
·          Basic Level
·          Advanced Level
 
Both levels comprise:
·          6 Plenary Conferences
·          6 two-hour sessions
·          6 three-hour workshops
·          5 one-hour sessions
·          1 Experiential Workshop
 
 
And two half-week seminars
 
·          Systemic Coaching
·          Introduction to Organizational Constellations
 
Both seminars comprise:
·          3 Plenary Conferences
·          3 two-hour sessions
·          3 three-hour workshops
·          2 one-hour sessions
 
 
Basic Level
Format                          Full week
Duration                       October 19 to 25
Target Audience:         Businessmen, executives, consultants, coaches, RH professionals, teachers, learning facilitators, instructors.
Objective:                     Participants will learn the basic principles of organizational constellations and their interaction with organizational processes of change, learning and development and tools such as Coaching and NLP.

Advanced Level
Format:                         Full week
Duration:                      October 19 to 25
Target Audience:         Graduates of Certification in Organizational Constellations and Participants in First and Second Edition of IOCTI
Objective:                     Participants will learn advanced applications, trends and techniques in organizational constellations and their interaction with systemic intervention tools within the organization.

Systemic Coaching
Format:                         Half a week
Duration:                      October 19 to 22
Target Audience:         Coaches, consultants, HR and OD professionals, leaders
Objective:                     Participants will learn systemic coaching techniques that will enable them to use the work of organizational constellations in the field of coaching, consultancy, mentoring and counseling.

Introduction to Organizational Constellations
Format:                         Half a week
Duration:                      October 22 to 25
Target Audience:         Students and/or Family Constellations Graduates wishing to observe the application of work in the organizational sphere.
Objective:                     Participants will be able to see the applications and possibilities of constellation work in the organizational sphere.
