Jan Jacob Stam works as a business consultant in Holland more than 15 years ago. Previously, he was director of a large Dutch company and teacher for over ten years. He studied biology, science education and science organizations in universities in Amsterdam and Groningen. It was also formed in NLP (University of California at Santa Cruz).
Since 1996, Jan Jacob began to give workshops of Family Constellations and Organizational Constellations, as well as training programs in Family and Organizational Constellations in Holland, Croatia, Israel, Russia and other countries.
Along with his wife Bibi Schreuder founded the Institute Dutch Bert Hellinger. He is the author of the book The Connecting Field; Organizational Constellations at work

Ms. Jane Peterson, founder of the Human Systems Institute, started her professional career as an engineer and manager in a high tech firm.
Ms. Peterson has also been a professional ceramic artist.
She has studied with a variety of cutting edge, systemic thinkers from Dr. Arnold Mindell of Process-Oriented-Psychology, to the Peruvian mystic and shaman Américo Yábar.
Jane is a master practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming, a certified clinical hypnotherapist and a certified professional coach. She is currently completing a Ph.D. in human and organizational development

Several years of experience as manager in leading Swiss corporations; since 1994 consultant for executives, project teams and boards of directors.
Facilitator for innovation and change processes; lecturer at various universities and institutions.

With more than 38 years of business experience, he has held several positions of responsibility in companies of multiple sectors and areas of activity. His experience as a businessman, together with his experience as business consultant dealing with a number of companies in many countries, has provided him with a broad understanding of organizations and companies.
He graduated in Mechanical Engineering and has several pos-graduated degrees in Business Administration, among others. He was trained on Organizational Constellations by the best specialists in this area.
He is an Organizational Constellations international trainer and he has been participating in International Congress as invited lecturer (EUA, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Mexico, France, etc.).
He is carrying out management and systemic consultancy in this field, working with several multi-national companies. His trainings and work can be done in the 4 languages he speaks fluently (English, Spanish, Portuguese and French).

Graduated in Economics and Business Administration he has managed a family business in the toy industry for 20 years.
In 1998 he founded Systemic Management Consulting and is specializing in facilitating development processes for commercial and non-profit organizations.
He uses constellation work extensively within the organizations integrated with other methods to facilitate change processes.
Together with Claude Rosselet and Henriette Lingg he has published the book “Management Constellations – Managing complexity with systemic constellations”.
He teaches constellation work at the institute “Sistema Counseling” in Milano.
