International Organization Constellations Training Intensive
What is IOCTI?
IOCTI is an intensive form of training in Organizational Constellations given every two years, which will be held in the Hacienda Vista Hermosa in the state of Morelos in Mexico in 2008.
 
What are Organizational Constellations?
Also known as Organizational Configurations, constellations are a form of intervening in an organization using a systemic approach.
 
They allow us to see organizations as a system and identify their features and the interactions that take place between these elements and the results created by them.
 
What are they used for?
To find solutions to the various situations that arise in an organization during the achievement of its goals and results in a short, direct, practical way.
 
Their applications include:
  
·          Creatively solving organizational conflicts
·          Identifying obstacles and increasing the range of alternative solutions
·          Assessing scenarios and reducing the amount of trial and error
·          Integrating work teams
·          Evaluating the impact of mergers, take-overs, alliances, etc.
·          Aligning structure, functions and processes with the objectives of the business.
·          Aligning the organization with a shared vision
·          Identifying and resolving the organizational dynamics that affect results
·          Speeding up decision making
